The Psych Evaluation questions are very thorough. Customer Service is very prompt and courteous . I have been with this company for over 6 years and I have never been denied entry to stores, restaurants, and only one episode with a Airline Flight Attendant who didn’t understand his own airlines regulations when it related to small service animals.

I am so thankful for this company who cares about their clients .

Very user friendly, takes 15-20 minutes. Asks real life scenarios and offers additional payments for training, air support, mailing etc.
