Being with a pet motivates you to take care of them, take them to the vet, go for a walk with your dog or play silly games with your cat. It can be a fun adventure with a pet in your home! Dog owners who go for walks with their dogs are generally healthier than those who don’t have pets at all!

Serotonin is a great chemical that pets are simply good at helping us release. We all feel down at times, whether it’s getting laid off to simply failing an exam. Hi Zulma,

Sorry, we don’t sell vests. We also don’t suggest that you get a vest because it isn’t necessary for ESAs, only service animals and therapy animals should have vests.
