We understand that sometimes situations arise where you may need to return or exchange your purchase. To ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase, we offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product to request a refund or exchange. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you with the process.

Please note that the following conditions must be met for a refund or exchange:

  1. The product (ID card) must be returned in its original condition.

  2. The letter(s) must have been issued 30 days or less.

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
