Does the easy and fast process mentioned in the reviews affect the clinical quality of the letters?

Not at all! While our online platform is designed for a fast and "super easy" experience, this efficiency only applies to steps taken to have a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) assigned to your state, get evaluated and receive your documentation. In other words, the clinical evaluation itself is always performed independently by a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP), such as an LMFT or LCSW, who is licensed in your state. The LMHP is the sole authority for clinical determination, ensuring the letters meet all necessary legal and clinical standards.
